Walking

 
A few times a year, there's an opportunity to explore scenic areas around Edinburgh. They are an excellent way to get to know people. The walks are for anyone and are advertised on the website and on Sundays. There's no need to have a church connection to come. 

Waterproof clothing is needed and proper walking boots depending on the walk. Sometimes you're also asked to bring a packed lunch. The walks are typically advertised at least two weeks prior to the walk itself, so watch out for details. Please do come along! 

Autumn Walk - Saturday 15th November at 11:00am

Water of Leith - The Royal Botanic Gardens of Edinburgh to Saughton Park

Our next walk is proposed for Saturday 15th November and will be a walk along the Water of Leith between the Botanic Gardens and Saughton Park (approximately 3.5 miles one way). There will be the option of walking one way and returning to Edinburgh by bus or tram. There are toilets and cafes at both ends of the route.
