Walking

 
A few times a year, there's an opportunity to explore scenic areas around Edinburgh. They are an excellent way to get to know people. The walks are for anyone and are advertised on the website and on Sundays. There's no need to have a church connection to come.

Our next walk will be on Saturday 18 May. We will take a linear route starting at Tesco Superstore in Penicuick meeting at 11am.  We will walk to Bonnyrigg (about 5 miles) along the Penicuik-Musselburgh walkway with a possible café stop in Rosewell. A packed lunch and waterproof clothing are advised.

Waterproof clothing is needed and proper walking boots depending on the walk. Sometimes you're also asked to bring a packed lunch. The walks are typically advertised at least two weeks prior to the walk itself, so watch out for details. Please do come along!
